My name is Sarah Lacey
Sarah Lacey is a licenced practical nurse with over 20 years of experience in health care and community service as a founder of blossom how she brings her compassion leadership and dedication to supporting young women who are ageing out of foster care system.
After witnessing the struggles many young adults space while transitioning into independence they're felt called to create a safe nurturing space where they can learn grow and build strong foundations for their future. Her vision for Blossom House is to help all young women discover their worth, gain confidence, and blossom into the woman she's meant to be.

Transitional Housing
Blossom house provides a safe supportive home environment for young women ages 18 to 21 who are ageing out of the foster care system residents receive structure security and stability while they work toward independence.
Life Skills & Education
We teach essential life skills such as budgeting cooking job readiness and time management empowering young women to confidently navigate adulthood and build a strong foundation for success.
Mentorship &Emotional Support
Residence are paired with caring mentors an access wellness resources that promote healing, confidence, and personal growth, helping them blossom into the best selves.
